Return Policy

We accept returns in the following cases:

New, unopened non-bicycle merchandise within 90 days of the date of sale (ex - replacement charger, lock, pump, etc).
Complete non-electric bikes in new condition with no cosmetic or functional flaws within 30 days of the date of sale.
Complete electric bikes that are sold as floor models in new condition with no cosmetic or functional flaws within 30 days of the date of sale.

All other returns are subject to Bike Swift’s discretion. These returns may be refused, or incur a restocking fee.
