We do not ship products unless you contact us and make specific arrangements beforehand. You should expect to pick up all orders at our Seattle storefront.
Orders for custom or built-to-order products have variable timelines—building, testing, packaging, and shipping an e-bike can take several weeks.

Refunds are only available before any product has been modified for a given order.
Deposits:
• Refunds of deposits are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
• Deposits may be non-refundable at Bike Swift’s discretion if non-stocked parts or components were ordered specifically for the bike.
Once an order has shipped or customization has begun, please refer to our Returns policy below.
Non-bicycle items (up to $250 value):
• Eligible for a 100% refund if returned new and unopened within 90 days.
• Examples: chargers, locks, pumps, accessories.
Bicycles and higher-value merchandise:
• Must be in like-new condition (under 5 miles ridden, no cosmetic damage, and no activated subscriptions).
• Must be unmodified, with no accessories or alternate parts installed.
• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Subject to a 12% restocking fee.
All other returns are handled at Bike Swift’s discretion and may be refused or assessed an additional restocking fee—particularly in cases where special-order parts were purchased for the item.
