Shipping & returns

Shipping:

Orders of in-stock products, requiring no modification or additional preparation, are fulfilled within 2 business days. Orders of other products will have varied fulfillment times. Custom-building, packaging, and shipping an e-bike is an involved procedure that may take weeks. If you are uncertain about the shipping timeline for a given product, just contact us.

Refunds:

We will offer a refund on any order as long as the order has not yet shipped, and no products or components have been modified for the order. If the order has shipped or products have been modified, see "Returns", below.

Returns:

We accept returns with a 100% refund of the new, unopened non-bicycle merchandise within 90 days of the date of sale (ex - replacement charger, lock, pump, etc) up to $250 in value.

All returns of bicycles or other merchandise must be in like-new condition (eg, less than 5 miles on bike, no cosmetic flaws, no activation of bundled subscriptions), unmodified from the stock bicycle (no accessories or other parts installed), returned within 30 days of sale, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

All other returns are subject to Bike Swift’s discretion, and may be refused, or incur a restocking fee.
