Please note that we are not a conventional bike shop. While we have the tools and expertise to perform general bicycle repairs and maintenance, our primary focus is building and servicing e-bikes.

If you are seeking service for a bike or e-bike system that was not purchased from us, we will likely refer you to another local shop that specializes in general bicycle service.

For bikes purchased from us, we will always service the electronic system and honor all applicable warranty terms. However, depending on the nature of the work, we may still refer you to another shop for general mechanical service or routine maintenance.
