We're an e-bike specialist.

Bikes and conversions we sold or built. We service the electrical system — battery, motor, controller, display, wiring — and we handle warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. This work stays with us. Bring the bike back any time.

General mechanical work on bikes we sold. Brakes, drivetrain, wheels, flats, tune-ups. We have the tools and the mechanics, and we're glad to do it. We'll also tell you when a shop closer to you can get you rolling sooner — you are never obligated to bring routine work to us, and we'd rather you ride than wait. A lot of our customers use us for the electrics and their neighborhood shop for a flat. That's a good arrangement and we actively recommend it.

Bikes and e-bike systems bought elsewhere. We'll generally refer you to a shop that specializes in general bicycle service. A shop that sees your brand every week will diagnose it faster than we will. Call us and we'll point you somewhere good.
